The modularity of our product portfolio allows the use of individual modules as well as the implementation of a fully integrated measuring system for the complete measurement, testing and documentation of individual optics or complete series according to ISO standard.
The XONOX 4+ Transmission Sphere Line represents a worldwide unique and innovative transmission sphere concept. Our advanced optical design performs an internal wave front expansion from 4” (100mm) to 5.2” (132mm) providing 30% visible aperture when testing lenses. The transmission spheres are compatible with every 4” interferometer and turn every ordinary 4” interferometer instantly into a 5.2” system without any modification. The XONOX 4+ transmission spheres are interchangeable with any other transmission spheres and are available for prices, comparable to traditional 4” TS.
All transmission sphere optics are solely manufactured in house and the final quality of λ/20 to λ/50 is finally inspected using QED SSI equipped with QSI 6” interferometer system.
